How to Print Your Will Call on clubZone

Huh? Pardon? What's a Will Call list?

A Will Call allows customers to pre-buy tickets online and pick them up at the door. Just before your event, you can print of this list and leave it will your door staff or box office. The list is ordered alphabetically be last name to make it easy to find customer names. You are also provided with the last 4 digits of the credit card used so you can verify the person at the door is the same as the person that made the order.

Use the following steps to print off your list.

Note: You'll also be sent an excel version of the Will Call but it should only be considered a backup incase you are unable to print off the online version. It is not formatted properly and some text may get cut off. 

Step 1
Click on the ADMIN button in main navigation area

Step 2
Click on ADMIN beside the Tickets category.

Step 3
In the drop down menu beside your ticket, click WILL CALL
